Until you qualify for our regular client discount, the fees that apply are:

Domestic Energy Assessment and EPC:        £80

Floor Plan:                                                    £80

EPC and floor plan undertaken at the same visit:        £100 (saving £60)

At present there is no VAT on the above prices.
