For maximum flexibility for you and your clients and for maximum efficiency for us, our booking system is semi-automated. If anything is not clear, or you wish to ask a question, please contact Owen Johnson. Step 1: Check that the property is within transport zones 1 or 2. If it is in another zone, please contact us to discuss a rate. Step 2: Complete the form below to send us the property address and the contact details of the person who will be there to give access to the property. Indicate on the form the last date by which the assessment needs to be completed. If ordering several services at the same time, repeat as necessary. Step 3: Click on the appropriate 'Add to Cart' button(s) below the form to make your payment. We use PayPal because it is secure and easy. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card. PayPal will email you a receipt. Step 4: We will contact the person you have named and arrange the earliest mutually agreeable appointment. We will then let you know when the appointment is. If we cannot arrange an appointment by your required date we will discuss with you how to proceed and make a refund if necessary. Step 5: We will send you the completed assessment, floor plan, etc. on the same day as the assesment. Complete one form for each property, then make one payment to cover them all

Multiple order notes- If ordering a number of services at the same time submit one booking form for each property
- Make a note of how many you book of each type of service
- Click on the 'Add to Cart' button and set the total in the cart
- Click 'Update Cart'
- Click 'Continue Shopping to add more services, or the PayPal button to make your payment
For example: Suppose you have booked 3 EPCs and 2 EPC + Floor Plans. Click on the 'Energy Performance Certificate' button and set the quantity to 3 in the shopping cart. Click on 'Update Cart' and then 'Continue Shopping button. Then click on 'EPC + Floor Plan and set the quantity to 2, Upadte Cart, etc. You then make one payment for all the services.
