EPCs in London: All your online information

Domestic energy assessments are part of home information packs. ALL residential property for sale now needs a Home Information Pack (HIP) of which an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is an essential part.

From the 1st October 2008 ALL PROPERTY SOLD AND LET will need an EPC.

The energy assessment is a survey of a property that creates an energy rating similar to one found on fridges and washing machines and other electrical appliances. An assessment also produces a list of recommended energy improvements.
